Orders and Payment
All bay window seat cushions are custom-made to order based on the measurements, fabric selections, and specifications provided by the customer.
A full payment is required to confirm your order and commence production.Production will only begin once the required payment has been received. Delays in payment may result in delays to production and delivery timelines.

Lead Times
Our typical production lead time is approximately 2 to 4 weeks from order confirmation and receipt of deposit.
Lead times may vary depending on:
* Fabric and material availability
* Customisation requirements
* Seasonal demand and production capacity
We will keep customers informed of any significant delays.

Order Confirmation and Cancellations
An order is considered confirmed once any of the following occurs:
* Payment of the required
* Acceptance of our quotation
* Written confirmation via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or other written communication

As all cushions are custom-made to customer specifications, confirmed orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.Any requested changes after confirmation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional costs or affect lead times.

Returns and Exchanges
As all products are custom-made according to the customer's measurements and specifications, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted due to:
* Change of mind
* Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
* Preference changes after production has commenced

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will inspect the issue and, where appropriate, repair, replace, or rectify the affected product.

Measurements and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements submitted are accurate.
Where measurements are provided by the customer, interior designer, contractor, or any third party, baywindowseatcushion.com shall not be responsible for fitment issues arising from inaccurate measurements. If measurement verification services are provided by our team, customers must ensure access to the site at the agreed appointment time. Any remake required due to incorrect customer-supplied measurements will be treated as a new order and charged accordingly.
